Position: Senior Structured Finance Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Structured Finance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in originating, structuring, and executing complex financing transactions for acquisitions.
Responsibilities- Originate financing operations for acquisitions, focusing on underwriting and arrangement objectives.
- Conduct thorough analysis, structure, and negotiate favorable financing conditions.
- Collaborate in the preparation of credit notes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee the smooth execution of all financing operations, managing stakeholders effectively.
- Syndicate credits, leveraging your network and expertise to secure optimal funding solutions.
- Manage and monitor client relationships throughout the entire credit cycle, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Proactively identify and assess counterparty risks, implementing mitigation strategies.
- Promote cross-selling opportunities by proposing innovative engineering solutions tailored to client needs.
We are looking for a candidate with a Master's degree in finance, engineering, or business, coupled with 3 to 5 years of proven experience in structured finance.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, structuring, and modeling.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial documentation.
- Solid understanding of legal and tax matters relevant to financing transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
