About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team in Toulouse. As a key member of our Electrical Development Center, you will be responsible for managing overall activities from design, manufacturing, and retrofit. Your expertise will be instrumental in leading program and project activities from detailed design stage to the end of pre-serial manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end project activities around various stakeholders to ensure QCDT deliverables.
  • Secure project execution and communication around planning challenges, risk, and savings.
  • Manage project finance through recurring, non-recurring costs, and variation orders achievements for electrical activities.
  • Support project teams internally and externally by communicating, defining solutions, and escalating when needed.
  • Anticipate and alert in case of QCD deviation and propose appropriate action plans to recover.
  • Prepare project monthly reviews for management.
  • Lead organization to manage modifications in relation with configuration and change management strategy.
  • Manage first deliveries, retrofit configuration, and application.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in program management in an industry environment.
  • Management of multidisciplinary and international teams in a matrix organization structure.
  • Fluent level of French and English.
  • Capable of anticipating issues and being highly proactive.
  • Ability to prioritize and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Background in electrical components, electrical products development in industry, or similar is a strong plus.
