Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead our electrical development projects from concept to delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end project activities, ensuring quality, cost, delivery, and technical requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of engineering, industrial, and manufacturing tasks.
- Manage project finances, including recurring and non-recurring costs, and variation orders.
- Support project teams by communicating, defining solutions, and escalating issues when necessary.
- Anticipate and address quality, cost, delivery, and technical deviations, proposing mitigation plans to recover.
- Prepare project reviews for management and lead organization to manage modifications in line with configuration and change management strategies.
- Manage first deliveries, retrofit configurations, and applications.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in program management in an industry environment.
- Management of multidisciplinary and international teams in a matrix organization structure.
- Fluent level of French and English required.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Background in electrical components, electrical products development, or similar is a strong plus.
