Quelles seront vos missions?- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de transformation digitale pour nos clients, en utilisant la plateforme ServiceNow.
- Conseiller nos clients sur la mise en œuvre de la solution ServiceNow, en tenant compte de leurs besoins et contraintes spécifiques.
- Coordonner les efforts de l'équipe pour garantir la qualité et la cohérence des développements.
- Animer des réunions avec les parties prenantes pour les informer de l'état d'avancement des projets.
- Accompagner les membres de l'équipe dans la résolution des problèmes techniques complexes.
- Identifier des opportunités nouvelles pour les comptes sur lesquels nous intervenons.
- Valoriser votre expertise en la partageant dans le cadre d'actions de recrutement, d'avant-vente et d'événements internes et externes.
- Une pratique spécialisée sur ServiceNow avec un rayonnement européen et international.
- La force d'un grand groupe, l'agilité d'une équipe à taille humaine.
- Des collaborations avec des clients grands comptes du CAC 40 dans divers secteurs d'activité.
- Une montée en compétences organisée et constante de nos collaborateurs.
- Vous êtes de formation Bac +5 en informatique et possédez une expérience d'au moins 5 ans sur ServiceNow dans un environnement de conseil.
- Vous avez occupé un poste aux responsabilités techniques similaires dans des environnements agiles.
- L'apport de valeur auprès de clients vous intéresse.
- A l'aise en anglais, vous êtes capable d'échanger sur des problématiques techniques complexes dans un environnement international.
- Vos qualités relationnelles vous permettent de vous épanouir dans un collectif.
- Idéalement, vous avez une ou plusieurs certifications ServiceNow.
