Makko, a leading provider of intelligent office management solutions, is seeking a talented Growth Marketer B2B to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Growth & Marketing department, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our B2B acquisition strategy, driving business growth, and shaping our brand identity.

About the Role
  • Collaborate with our commercial teams to develop and execute marketing strategies for our various brands.
  • Manage and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, and implement innovative solutions to improve our marketing efforts.
  • Analyze campaign performance using our CRM Hubspot and develop data-driven strategies to nurture leads.
  • Continuously improve our marketing tools and workflows, and identify new opportunities for growth.
What You'll Need
  • Master's degree in a business-related field with a specialization in digital marketing or web marketing.
  • At least 6 months of experience in marketing or sales roles.
  • A passion for growth marketing and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to express yourself clearly and effectively.
