Makko, a leading provider of intelligent office management solutions, is seeking a talented Growth Marketer B2B to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Growth & Marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revolutionizing the facility management industry.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B acquisition strategy to drive business growth and expand our market presence.
  • Collaborate closely with our commercial teams to develop and implement marketing strategies for our various brands.
  • Manage and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Work closely with our CEO and Growth Marketing Manager to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or digital marketing.
  • At least 6 months of experience in marketing or sales roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot, Webflow, and other relevant marketing tools.
