Join Our Team as a Lead Product Designer

Altavia, a global retail marketing services network, is seeking a talented Lead Product Designer to join our Cloud team. As a key member of our product design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of our cloud-based platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of Altavia Cloud, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience
  • Collaborate with the product management team to define product requirements and prioritize design efforts
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across the platform
  • Manage and mentor a team of product designers to ensure their growth and development
  • Conduct user research to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on cloud-based platforms
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and mentoring design teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of UX and UI design principles, with a focus on creating intuitive and user-centered experiences
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
