Job Title: Senior Strategy & Insights Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategy & Insights Manager to join our Marketing Team at Voyage Privé. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing consumer research projects, translating insights into actionable strategies, and influencing decision-making at various levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the consumer insights agenda, aligning with business objectives and identifying knowledge gaps.
  • Develop and execute consumer research projects, both externally and through internal/owned platform data.
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies and influence decision-making at various levels of the organization.
  • Proactively identify and share market and consumer behavior updates, translating findings into actionable implications.
  • Champion the use of consumer insights within the organization, implementing effective working methods and tools.
  • Coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in consumer insights, preferably at a renowned research agency and/or in FMCG and e-commerce.
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with the ability to translate insights into successful brand strategies and activations.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to deliver key messages in a synthetic and compelling way.
  • Thorough understanding of various research methodologies and their application in business contexts.
  • A doer, at ease in a fast-paced, low-processed and ever-changing environment, able to bring methodology and structure.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create partnerships with key stakeholders and influence without hierarchical authority.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and French.
