In light of the successful introduction of our specialized Cloud solution, Darktrace is looking to expand our team of Cloud Infrastructure Solutions Specialists. This dynamic and high-stakes role focuses on customer engagement and will assist our EMEA sales teams with significant customer opportunities in the Cloud sector.
Your expertise will be instrumental in providing technical pre-sales support, collaborating with account teams to enhance revenue growth and promote the adoption of our cloud offerings. As a pivotal technical authority, you will serve as a key resource for both clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in securing client multi-cloud infrastructures utilizing Cyber AI, while sharing your enthusiasm and in-depth knowledge of cloud service platforms in this client-facing position at the forefront of cyber security solutions. Your technical proficiency will be crucial in addressing client and account team requirements, ultimately leading to enhanced revenue and client satisfaction.
Daily Activities Include:
- Collaborating with account and leadership teams to formulate cloud-specific sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue and growth targets.
- Guiding customers through demonstrations and Proof of Value, effectively positioning Darktrace within their cloud frameworks.
- Identifying new upsell opportunities in the cloud by cultivating strong technical relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Sharing insights through technology assessments and product evaluations.
- Assisting the account team in crafting deployment strategies and architectures for clients.
Candidate Profile:
We invite applications from individuals who possess a solid background in software sales engineering or technical account management, coupled with expertise in at least one cloud service provider platform. Ideally, you will hold relevant certifications to substantiate this experience and have a robust understanding of both on-premise and cloud networking. Additionally, you will likely have:
- Experience in supporting consultative selling through technical acumen.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in an engaging manner.
- The ability to forge enduring business relationships.
- A collaborative mindset, ready to guide efforts to ensure team success.
- Fluency in both French and English is essential.
