Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team at TechOhana. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with our clients' business goals and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Provide guidance to the Salesforce development team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring milestones are met on time.
• Manage risks and ensure high-quality deployment.
• Act as the primary contact for Salesforce architecture inquiries.
• Communicate solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay current with Salesforce updates and industry trends.
• Identify opportunities for platform optimization.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
• Proven success in delivering complex Salesforce projects.
• Experience with Salesforce products like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, Apex, and Lightning.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect (preferred).
