We are looking for a dedicated Legal Advisor to become a vital part of our legal department. This role involves a fixed-term engagement, where you will play a key role in supporting our operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Delivering legal guidance and support to various internal teams in conjunction with the legal department.
- Assisting in the preparation and structuring of legal documentation as required by the team.
- Facilitating the management of litigation cases through thorough research and analysis.
- Overseeing the status of ongoing cases in collaboration with stakeholders and specialized legal entities (law firms, bailiffs, notaries).
Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in real estate, construction, urban planning, or corporate law.
- Proven experience as a legal advisor within a social housing organization or a real estate firm.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze and synthesize information.
- Commitment to discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
