Position: Legal Advisor at Société Dauphinoise pour l'Habitat

We are looking for a Legal Advisor to become a part of our legal department on a temporary basis. The primary duties will encompass:

  • Offering legal guidance and support to various internal teams in conjunction with the legal department.
  • Assisting in the formulation of legal documents prepared by the team.
  • Helping in the management of legal cases (research and analysis).
  • Overseeing the status of cases in collaboration with stakeholders and specialized legal entities (law firms, bailiffs, notaries).
Qualifications:
  • A higher education degree (Master's) in real estate, construction, urban planning, or corporate law.
  • Prior experience as a legal advisor in a social housing organization or a real estate firm.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
