Description du poste

Nous recherchons un(e) Chef(fe) de Réception pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique et passionnée à l'Hôtel Rosalie, un véritable écrin de verdure en plein cœur de Paris.

En tant que Chef(fe) de Réception, vous serez chargé(e) de superviser et d'encadrer l'équipe de réception, garantissant un service d'excellence à nos clients. Vous serez responsable de l'accueil et de la prise en charge des clients, de la gestion des réservations et des check-ins/check-outs, ainsi que de la résolution des problèmes clients avec diplomatie et efficacité.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les autres départements pour garantir une expérience client optimale. Vous devrez également promouvoir l'engagement écologique de l'hôtel auprès des clients et les informer sur nos initiatives durables.

Missions principales
  • Superviser et encadrer l'équipe de réception
  • Assurer l'accueil et la prise en charge des clients
  • Gérer les réservations et les check-ins/check-outs
  • Résoudre les problèmes clients avec diplomatie et efficacité
  • Promouvoir l'engagement écologique de l'hôtel
Profil recherché
  • Expérience préalable en tant que 1er de réception ou chef de brigade
  • Excellentes compétences en gestion d'équipe et leadership
  • Sens aigu du service client
  • Maîtrise du logiciel de gestion hôtelière (Opera Cloud PMS)
  • Bilingue français/anglais
Conditions de travail
  • Poste non shifté, sauf remplacements ponctuels
  • Jours de repos fixes : jeudi et vendredi
