mediCAD Hectec GmbH is a leading provider of medical software solutions for digital planning in orthopedic and trauma surgery.
Your Responsibilities- You will work independently and collaboratively with various departments to deliver exceptional customer support, particularly for French-speaking customers in coordination with the Sales Director France based in Paris.
- You are responsible for conducting training sessions and installations with end customers, focusing on remote or on-site setup of our planning software.
- You will process technical customer requests, maintain customer contacts in our CRM system, and provide remote assistance for software usage issues.
- You will conduct on-site or remote training on our mediCAD products, supported by Product Managers, and connect our software to institution picture archive systems (PACS).
- You will actively communicate with customers to ensure optimal service by monitoring customer satisfaction levels and helping create information support for worldwide customer service.
- A degree in computer science or training in computer systems management.
- Agile working experience in digital product development.
- An analytical, constructive, and proactive approach with strong communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Server and SQL Server environment.
- Basic knowledge of IP network technology.
- Excellent day-to-day management of MS Office applications and CRM Dynamics.
- Customer-oriented with a sense of service and customer relationship.
- Autonomy and thoroughness for full-time home office work, with auto-training as part of the job.
- Mandatory English speaking; German speaking would be an advantage.
- A full-time position (40 hours per week) with flexible working hours for a good work-life balance.
