Description du poste
  • Capacité d'animation de la squad DATA Marseille, en insufflant une dynamique d'innovation et d'excellence.
  • Porter nos offres DATA (DataGov ; DataDriven ; DataProduct...) auprès de grands comptes, en démontrant notre expertise et notre capacité à répondre à leurs enjeux spécifiques.
  • Manager les équipes de consultant Data sur la région.
  • Animer des ateliers afin d'analyser et cadrer les besoins de nos clients grands comptes sur la mise en place de projets data.
  • Préconiser les solutions de données cibles, et rédiger les dossiers d'architecture et spécifications techniques.
  • Assurer une veille technologique continue sur les dernières tendances de votre domaine d'expertise.
Qualifications
  • Diplômé(e) d'une école d'ingénieurs ou d'un Master 2 en Informatique, vous disposez de minimum 5 ans d'expériences au sein de projets Data : architecture, traitement ou analyse de données.
  • Vous portez une expertise parmi les outils de Cloud AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks.
  • Vous êtes passionné(e) par la BI, le Cloud, le Big Data et le GenAI.
  • Vous disposez de réelles compétences d'animation et de management dans un environnement collaboratif.
  • L'anglais est indispensable sur ce poste.

Comment se déroule le processus de recrutement chez Devoteam ? Il comporte 2 à 3 entretiens :

- Talent Acquisition Interview : l'objectif est de faire le point sur vos compétences, votre niveau d'anglais et de valider vos éléments de motivation.
- Tech & Business Interview : cet entretien vise à approfondir vos compétences techniques et à vérifier leur adéquation avec nos besoins lors d'un échange avec un expert métier.
- Leadership Interview : il permet d'évaluer votre potentiel, vos ambitions et d'envisager votre évolution au sein de Devoteam.
Nous privilégions au moins un entretien en présentiel. Une prise de référence est demandée et, selon votre profil, des tests (techniques, anglais, personnalité...) peuvent vous être adressés.
Si votre candidature est retenue, nous vous faisons parvenir une proposition présentant les conditions d'embauche. En cas d'acceptation, le contrat de travail est formalisé.
