SAP's Cloud Success Services is driving innovative services for customers from an end-to-end perspective. Our mission is to achieve customer success and retention for SAP by efficient and flawless implementation of all SAP solutions with a strong focus on the digitalization agenda of customers.
As a Business Transformation Expert, you will be part of SAP Cloud Success Services organization. This global organization consists of central expertise teams and of local customer-centric teams. The core mission of this team is to drive the digitalization agenda of our customers through designing and implementing Innovation & Transformation Roadmaps.
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualities:
- A genuine passion for driving client success and delivering business outcomes through technology.
- The gravitas and demeanor to act as a trusted advisor at C-level both from a business and technology perspective.
- A collaborative and influential style that will allow you to build a personal external and internal network and that will allow you to operate effectively within a complex matrix organization with multiple objectives.
- The energy and tenacity to persevere in sometimes challenging and political client engagements.
- Expertise in business process optimization, business case building, roadmap design and value measurement through defined KPIs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years work experience in Management Consulting or other Advisory Services and strong ability to plan and drive change management during projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills as well solid presentation skills.
- Fluent written and spoken French and English.
Desired Work Experience
- Broad experience of SAP portfolio and especially Finance and Controlling.
- Advisory in a SAP transformation context. It may cover business process re-engineering, process design and audits, definition of landscape strategy, IT portfolio planning, COE organization, enterprise architecture governance, business value roadmap.
- Proven experience in customer management and team coordination.
- Experience with Cloud platforms, new technologies and/or projects with an innovative mindset approach would be a plus.
