We are seeking a highly skilled FOPS Safety / Commissioning Interface Leader to join our team at Applica Resourcing. As a key player in our fast-track subsea production project, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe design and commissioning of a state-of-the-art FPSO unit.
Your role will encompass overseeing safety standards, ensuring compliance with HSE requirements, and coordinating commissioning activities to meet project goals, including first oil and start-up objectives. You will work closely with the Field Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution from design to operations, emphasizing safety, operability, and environmental stewardship.
About You- Engineering degree (Bac +5 level).
- Proven track record in commissioning management and experience in an RSES/OIM role (minimum three positions).
- Strong leadership, autonomy, and organizational skills.
- Deep understanding of FPSO design and the offshore energy industry.
- Ability to manage complex safety systems and processes.
- Bilingual in French and English.
You are proactive, safety-focused, and skilled at managing complex projects within challenging environments. You thrive in a multidisciplinary team and have a strong commitment to delivering projects safely, on time, and in line with best practices.
