Medical Coordinator Physician

Adecco Medical, a leading healthcare solutions provider, is seeking a Medical Coordinator Physician to strengthen our team in La Rochelle. This role is a great opportunity to work in a specialized care environment and contribute to the well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Reporting to the Facility Director, you will be responsible for the care project of the facility and participate in the development of the facility's project.
- Ensuring continuity of care, organizing your permanence, and coordinating health professionals, whether salaried or private practitioners.
- In line with the care project, you will provide tailored care to each resident of the facility (formal assessment, opinions on resident admissions, defining individual care projects, etc.).
- Responsible for the quality of care, you will participate in quality approaches, risk management, and the development of good professional practices.
- As an ambassador for the facility, you will actively participate in its integration into geriatric pathways, whether healthcare or social.
Holder of a State Doctorate in Medicine and the required diploma, certificate, or qualification according to current regulations in the specialty practiced. Additional training appreciated (geriatrics diploma, Medical Coordinator in Nursing Home diploma or, if not available, training certificate). Mandatory registration with the Medical Association and Shared Directory of Health Professionals (RPPS).
