About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our Group HR Operations department at the AXA Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the non-staff budget for the Group HR department, overseeing various strategic projects, and ensuring compliance processes are implemented throughout the HR function.
Key Responsibilities
- Budget Management
- Manage the non-staff budget for the Group HR department, including deployment of projects, consultancy services, tools implementation, and other annual expenses.
- Collaborate with HR teams to define projects and cost estimations aligned with HR priorities and strategy.
- Provide regular reports to Group HR Leaders on spends and projection for the end of the year.
- Collaborate closely with Finance and HR teams to define the estimation of end of year landing.
- Strategic Initiatives
- Provide support to HR initiatives and projects driven by HR priorities and strategy.
- Collaborate closely with your manager to address these initiatives, involving tasks such as analyzing benchmarks and studies, establishing project plans, and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Manage and oversee multiple projects in parallel, requiring strong collaboration with entities ranging from HR Directors to operational teams in various HR domains.
- Compliance
- Ensure compliance processes meet requirements and are effectively implemented by working closely with compliance partners.
- Maintain close follow-up with each counterpart.
- Raise any compliance issues or concerns and provide a regular update.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Operations Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the HR function, mainly HRIS or HR project management. You should have a strong interest in data, HRIS, and budget management topics, as well as a strong interest in leading HR projects across diverse HR domains.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams, stakeholders, and entities across the organization.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in managing multiple projects with varying durations and priorities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality in compliance-related matters.
- Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting.
- Experience in managing HR strategic projects and coordinating with stakeholders.
