LHH Recruitment Solutions, un cabinet de conseil spécialisé dans le recrutement, l'intérim, le management de transition et l'évaluation de professionnels, recherche pour un client, un cabinet d'expertise comptable, un responsable d'audit H/F. Au sein de notre équipe, vous intégrerez un groupe dynamique de 7 collaborateurs en tant que responsable d'audit. Vous serez en charge d'un portefeuille diversifié comprenant des entités juridiques et secteurs variés, allant des PME aux ETI, dans des domaines tels que l'industrie, les services et les associations. Les missions que vous réaliserez seront à la fois enrichissantes et intellectuellement stimulantes. La collaboration avec des équipes d'autres agences vous permettra d'élargir vos compétences techniques et sectorielles.

Vos responsabilités incluent :
  • Développer la stratégie d'audit en collaboration avec l'Associé référent,
  • Appliquer notre méthodologie d'audit : analyse de l'environnement et de la stratégie de l'entité, évaluation des risques, revue du cadre de contrôle interne, audit des états financiers et évaluation qualitative de l'information financière,
  • Organiser les missions de la planification à la synthèse, tant pour les audits légaux que contractuels,
  • Superviser et encadrer les travaux des membres de l'équipe : identifier et gérer les enjeux techniques,
  • Assurer un audit de qualité en respectant les normes professionnelles grâce à des méthodologies et outils reconnus,
  • Développer la relation client au quotidien et garantir un service d'excellence,
  • Participer aux conseils d'administration et aux assemblées générales,
  • Manager une équipe d'audit (recrutement, entretiens individuels, animation quotidienne).
Vous aurez également l'opportunité de réaliser des missions exceptionnelles en lien avec le commissaire aux comptes.

Issu(e) d'une formation supérieure (diplôme bac+5 d'une école ou université, DSCG, Master CCA... ou DEC), vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 5 ans en cabinet à un poste similaire. Vous êtes curieux(se), possédez un bon sens relationnel et appréciez le travail en équipe. Vous aimez le contact client et avez un intérêt pour l'informatique. Vous savez fédérer et motiver des équipes autour d'objectifs concrets. Enfin, vous êtes désireux(se) de mener des interventions novatrices ou légales telles que l'analyse des systèmes d'information, la cartographie des risques, la mise en place de pistes d'audit fiables, et la responsabilité sociétale des entreprises.
