Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Managing the Administrative division to ensure efficient operations and support for HR and administrative functions.
  • Collaborating closely with various teams including management, sales, education, HR, and support services.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for staff regarding HR inquiries in conjunction with the HR Manager and payroll department.
  • Overseeing HR-related tasks such as maintaining personnel records, managing contractor agreements, organizing medical visits, administering meal vouchers, tracking leave, processing payroll data, and ensuring compliance updates.
  • Addressing requirements for independent contractors and verifying billing processes.
  • Conducting satisfaction assessments.
  • Administering sales agreements, managing client invoicing, and monitoring training cycles.
  • Ensuring adherence to quality standards and maintaining Qualiopi certification processes.
  • Leading a team of two staff members.

This role will require you to engage in a variety of tasks, collaborating with HR, management support, billing, collections, freelance oversight, local services, and more.

Your qualifications include:

A degree in Personnel Administration, Business Management, or a related field, complemented by 3 to 5 years of varied experience in a similar role within a small to medium-sized enterprise.

Essential qualities such as attention to detail, organizational skills, independence, availability, service orientation, accountability, and confidentiality are crucial for success in this position. Your unique personality and enthusiasm will play a significant role alongside your relevant expertise.
