Your RoleAs a Payroll and HR Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our human resources functions. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities- Payroll Management: Accurately process payroll on a monthly basis, ensuring timely and correct payment to all employees. This includes managing salary elements, leave entitlements, and deductions.
- HR Administration: Provide comprehensive administrative support to our HR team, including onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and processing personnel changes.
- Benefits Coordination: Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and providing guidance to employees on available benefits.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws and regulations. Prepare and submit required reports to relevant authorities.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills. You should possess a proven track record in payroll processing and HR administration, coupled with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll and HR administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
