Role Overview

As an Independent Luxury Property Consultant, you will have the chance to cultivate and oversee a portfolio of clients in select markets, guiding them through the entire sales journey. Espaces Atypiques offers a comprehensive 5-week certified training program designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary for success.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Sourcing properties in assigned regions Discovering exclusive real estate opportunities Interacting with prospective clients Assessing properties Enhancing agency visibility and driving revenue growth Marketing properties to your clientele Conducting property viewings, advising clients, and facilitating negotiations Delivering exceptional customer service Nurturing client relationships throughout and after the sales process
