Job Title: Offshore Lead Engineer
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Offshore Lead Engineer to join our team at TechnipFMC. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for defining and leading engineering solutions within a SSE project taskforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinates, prioritizes, adjusts, and directs the efforts of the discipline engineering work performed for the project and/or manufacturing, fabrication, and installation sites.
- Ensures that the discipline engineering deliverables are compliant with contract requirements, project QHSE plan, and TechnipFMC and discipline engineering processes and standards.
- Approves design basis and coordinates design activities within discipline, including sub-contractors activities.
- Interfaces with other Lead Engineers and project support functions such as procurement and planning.
Requirements:
- BS degree in Engineering preferred or equivalent with 5 to 10 years of experience in the field.
- Strong technical skills in engineering.
- Strong project management skills.
- Good presentation and coaching skills.
- Advanced organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding customer requirements and ability to translate them into product specifications.
