With a Master's degree (Bac + 5), you have a proven track record of at least 5 years as a Project Coordinator. You possess a solid foundation in software engineering (Build, Agile/SAFe, Continuous Engineering) and a strong digital culture.

WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER:

Within the Program Management Directorate, in collaboration with the Pre-Sales Department, the Project Coordinator develops client relationships and business opportunities across client accounts. You will represent the full range of Thales Digital Services offerings and solutions to your clients, working closely with the sales teams in your business sector.

As part of the growth of these activities and in a context of significant expansion within the Thales Digital Services Business Unit, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and driving the growth of Thales Digital Services activities. Additionally, you will ensure, in collaboration with other Project Coordinators on your accounts, the consolidation of results, client satisfaction, and adherence to Thales Digital Services commitments.

Your main responsibilities include:

You will be responsible for drafting proposals:

  • Sector-specific offers that meet market demands, leveraging the assets and expertise of the Thales Group.
  • Client proposals in response to tenders or co-constructed with the client, sales, and technical teams.

You will manage engineering contracts in accordance with Thales Group standards:

  • Mastering and overseeing your contractual scope, deliverables, and the appropriate quality process.
  • Managing client relationships in collaboration with sales, from face-off strategy to client satisfaction, while providing value and innovation.
  • Collaborating with engineering teams to ensure alignment of objectives, communication, and profile suitability.
  • Ensuring financial optimization - budget, forecasts, costs.
