About the Role
The Document Controller will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of ENGIE's document management processes. This position will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing support to project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Document Control
- Administer the Document Management System (DMS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Organize and maintain documents and records in compliance with ENGIE's strategy and guidelines.
- Verify the correctness of metadata and templates used in document creation.
- Quality Assurance
- Perform internal and external audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate the closure of non-conformances and implement follow-up registers.
- Deploy KPI dashboards for document control and provide regular reporting.
- Stakeholder Management
- Establish positive relationships with internal team members and contractors' representatives.
- Provide support and training to contractors and internal team members on document control processes and tools.
Requirements
- Experience
- At least 2 years' experience in a document control role, preferably in an EPC or contractor organization.
- Skills
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and high sense of rigor.
- IT savvy with high proficiency on Microsoft Office tools.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Able to provide clear and concise reports.
- Able to establish positive relationships with colleagues and different stakeholders.
Language
The ability to work in English and French, interacting with international teams, is essential for this role.
