Position: Maintenance Operations Leader
GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) is seeking a Maintenance Operations Leader (M/F) for a permanent role within our production facility.
As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the Operational Maintenance Manager and your responsibilities will include:
- Executing maintenance strategies to enhance the performance of production machinery.
- Overseeing and coordinating action plans related to improvement, predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance, engaging operational teams effectively.
- Implementing equipment maintenance policies and ensuring adherence to established standards.
- Planning and organizing all preventive, corrective, and enhancement maintenance tasks.
- Identifying opportunities to boost equipment availability and reliability through suitable methodologies (e.g., Total Productive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Diagnostic Tools).
- Creating and proposing a training plan for your team.
- Validating specifications for equipment maintainability and managing all relevant technical documentation.
- Developing and/or approving maintenance subcontracting specifications and agreements.
- Keeping abreast of technical and technological advancements in maintenance practices.
- Leading initiatives for team maintenance improvements and changes.
- Ensuring the technical competencies of the team are maintained at a high standard through necessary training and informational sessions.
Applicants should possess a BAC+5 (Engineer) degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and have at least 5 years of experience managing operational technical teams in a production environment.
Proficiency in maintenance strategy principles and continuous improvement methodologies (such as Lean manufacturing) is essential.
English proficiency is required (TOEIC score of 500 points).
