Job Opportunity

At BALENCIAGA S.A.S., we are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an IT Project Assistant - Front Office. This role will be part of our Digital Solutions and Services department, working closely with our Front Office Manager and teams based in France and Italy.

Your Contribution

As an IT Project Assistant - Front Office, you will be responsible for participating in the different phases of strategic IT Retail, Digital & CRM projects, collaborating with teams from our headquarters, regions, and external partners. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Studying business processes with users and assisting in the development of IT requirements
  • Participating in Retail / Point of Sale projects (launch, relocation, deployment of IT tools)
  • Implementing new modules and features
  • Managing projects from need analysis to production (planning, coordination, testing)
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders and collaborators involved in these projects
  • Organizing user training for application evolution
  • Ensuring solutions meet initial requirements
  • Providing reactive and high-quality support to users
  • Maintaining an optimal work environment in stores, ensuring quality and user comfort for both teams and clients
  • Documenting each project, including process descriptions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be:

  • In your final year of higher education: engineering school, business school, university, or other
  • A flexible individual with strong organizational skills and a strong team spirit
  • Proficient in written and oral communication and able to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Interested in the fashion, retail, and technology sectors
  • Proficient in English (professional level required)
