Sales and Operations Planning Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales and Operations Planning Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and optimize inventory levels.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, expertise in sales and operations planning, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and operations planning strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve SIOP processes and systems

Requirements:

  • BS/BA in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years SIOP experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in a high SKU count business serving large US retailers
