Job Title: Sales and Business Development Manager

Lonza is a global leader in life sciences, operating across three continents. We're looking for a talented Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in the DACH region, focusing on the Consumer Health and Nutrition market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and evaluate business opportunities to grow Lonza's share in the Consumer Health and Nutrition market.
  • Work closely with divisional and regional business leaders to identify and select strategic business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to grow share of wallet and launch new innovations.
  • Identify market trends, assess market potential, and develop strategies to grow Lonza's market share.
  • Collaborate with Lonza marketing, sales, and product development to develop strategies that ensure Lonza's position as a multi-product solution provider.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in science or business.
  • Experience in the nutrition space with a proven track record of delivering year-on-year business targets.
  • Technical understanding of nutrition and dosage forms preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, creative, adaptable, and capable of self-motivation and independence.
