Role Overview:

  • Provide assistance to clients both in-person and via telephone, offering insights and addressing general inquiries related to event planning.
  • Draft commercial proposals adhering to set guidelines and engage with clients to finalize event arrangements.
  • Collaborate with the team in the execution of events by liaising with vendors, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring all necessary resources are available.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients post-event to evaluate their satisfaction levels.
  • Implement processes and protocols established by the department's quality assurance standards.
  • Enhance communication between the contracting entity and the end clients.
  • Coordinate room availability in conjunction with supervisors.
  • Manage dining arrangements for event services.
  • Execute additional related responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong skills in negotiation.
  • Proactive, dedicated, and a strong team player.
  • Well-organized with outstanding communication abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
