Role Overview:
- Provide assistance to clients both in-person and via telephone, offering insights and addressing general inquiries related to event planning.
- Draft commercial proposals adhering to set guidelines and engage with clients to finalize event arrangements.
- Collaborate with the team in the execution of events by liaising with vendors, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring all necessary resources are available.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients post-event to evaluate their satisfaction levels.
- Implement processes and protocols established by the department's quality assurance standards.
- Enhance communication between the contracting entity and the end clients.
- Coordinate room availability in conjunction with supervisors.
- Manage dining arrangements for event services.
- Execute additional related responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
- Intermediate proficiency in English.
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong skills in negotiation.
- Proactive, dedicated, and a strong team player.
- Well-organized with outstanding communication abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
