Adoc Talent Management is seeking a highly skilled Multi-Physical Systems Engineer (M/F) for a prominent global company in the ICT sector, focusing on Cloud and AI, telecommunications, consumer, and mobile industries.
This role involves multi-physics modeling and simulation to ensure the reliability of complex modules, alongside simulation modeling for cable management technologies and in-situ nondestructive testing methods.
The position is available as a permanent role (CDI) in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree or higher, or a PhD in Electronics, Microelectronics, or a related field.
Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding packaging challenges related to reliability, including warpage and stress management, thermo-migration, electro-migration, and heat dissipation.
- Utilizing industrial simulation software such as COMSOL or HFSS.
- Applying Python coding skills, which are considered an advantage.
The successful candidate will be fluent in English and possess exceptional intercultural communication skills, thriving in international team settings.
