At Arcadis, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our Property & Investment team in Paris. As a Project Director, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and direct multiple projects in project & cost management, from planning to delivery.
- Develop detailed project execution plans, including timelines, budgets, and required resources.
- Supervise and coordinate project team activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards throughout the project.
- Participate in defining sustainable solutions to ensure project environmental performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Monitor project progress and take corrective action as needed to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Proactively manage project risks and issues, proposing solutions and alternatives when necessary.
- Manage contractual relationships with clients.
- Develop innovative solutions to improve team efficiency in project delivery.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project management in project & cost management for international clients and investors.
- Experience in delivering projects of various types, including hotel, office, residential, coliving, logistics, and retail projects.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, risk management, and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and propose sustainable solutions.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Flexible and collaborative attitude.
- Leadership skills.
- Ability to become the trusted advisor to our clients.
- Ability to understand client needs and propose solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills.
