Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety and Prevention Coordinator to join our team in Dunkerque. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and clients, while also promoting a culture of prevention and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for our projects
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards
- Provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure safety is integrated into all aspects of the project
- Investigate and report on incidents and near-misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and prevention
Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in safety and prevention. You will have a degree in a relevant field, such as occupational health and safety, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
