Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Haus Manager to lead all FR-focused VIP and PR/cultural activations at the Haus Paris. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative programs to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Haus product assortment strategy to ensure the most relevant and brand-appropriate products are available.
- Lead and oversee all FR/Global seeding programs, including seasonal and collaborative efforts, with a focus on celebrity and high talents.
- Manage the Haus Paris team, including the Haus showroom specialist and Haus Tailor, and the supporting VIP Agency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to book talent for Haus and brand events and programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with managers, agents, and publicists for all VIP and talent partnerships and seedings.
- Manage Haus budget and report on program recaps and weekly Haus recaps.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years PR/VIP experience.
- Professionalism and maturity, with the ability to manage a team/agency.
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead moderate to complex projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong PR and celebrities' network.
- Strong production event skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Curious and flexible.
- Passionate about PR relations and Fashion & Lifestyle.
