Your Role at METRO Halles

After a comprehensive onboarding process, you will develop your skills in the following areas:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, providing them with information and guidance.
  • Actively listen to client needs, recommend suitable products, and contribute to sales growth.
  • Inform clients about special offers and promotions to foster loyalty and engagement.
  • Gather customer feedback and share it with your Manager to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Maintain product displays in your assigned area and verify pricing accuracy.
