Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage up to 3-4 integration projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other Project Managers based in the USA to align on vision, strategy, and next steps.
  • Integration: Oversee the integration processes for HR and Legal departments between the acquired company and our client.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels within both organizations.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication channels with project teams and stakeholders.
  • PMO Standards: Adhere to PMO standards and ensure all projects are aligned with the company's strategic goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth project execution.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, particularly in integration scenarios. 10 years of experience as a Senior (Business/IT) Project Manager. Pragmatic, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with a focus on getting the job done on time. Experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, understanding standards, and implementing them pragmatically.
  • Certifications: Certified in Agile (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner). Certified in PMO (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Skills: Proficiency in project management tools, specifically Jira; Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong portfolio management skills (is a plus). Strong resilience and ability to manage stakeholders effectively in a middling project maturity organization.
  • Language: Fluent in English; French is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of HR and Legal systems and processes within corporate environments.
  • Cultural Fit: Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and remote team environment.
