This organization focuses on providing assistance to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and psychological disabilities. You will collaborate closely to facilitate each personalized care plan within our welcoming and spacious facilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour primary duties will include:
- Assisting individuals with their health, daily routines, and overall well-being (covering daily tasks, hygiene, nutrition, and risk management) during home visits or outdoor activities.
- Monitoring changes in health conditions of the individuals you support.
- Encouraging social interactions for individuals.
- Organizing and facilitating both group and individual activities within the organization's premises or at the individual’s residence.
- Collaborating with nursing staff on preventive measures and sharing information before and after meetings.
- Participating in team meetings, providing updates, and contributing to the development of individual care plans.
Important Considerations:
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Availability to work some weekends based on the needs of those supported.
- Flexible working hours tailored to the needs of individuals (for instance, 7 hours of work per day plus a 1-hour lunch break) between 8:30 AM and 6:30 PM.

- 50% coverage of health insurance costs.

Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:
- State Diploma of Nursing Assistant (motivated newcomers are welcome; knowledge and experience in the disability sector are advantageous).
- Mandatory Driver's License.
Desired Skills:
- Understanding of autism and psychological disabilities; training will be provided.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Capacity to work collaboratively.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Hygiene and personal care expertise.
- Proficiency in computer applications (Word / Excel).
Additional Assets:
- Possession of an additional AMP diploma.
- Experience in SAMSAH or with individuals with ASD or psychological disabilities.
