Automobile Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Automobile Receptionist to join our team at TALEXIM. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for coordinating the reception and restitution of vehicles to clients, as well as managing a team of 3 people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and serve clients in a professional and courteous manner

• Evaluate repair costs and times of intervention

• Ensure the reception and restitution of vehicles to clients

• Monitor the progress of repairs and inform clients

• Prepare and explain invoices to clients

• Monitor client satisfaction and handle complaints in collaboration with the After-Sales Manager

• Supervise the Front Office team

• Provide training to new team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. OMSA)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the automotive industry

• Excellent knowledge of after-sales processes and automotive software

• Strong organizational and adaptability skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Valid driving license (B)
