About the Role
The AP-HP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Manager to join our team in the Neurosurgery Department. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a service project with the medical team, in liaison with the hospital's projects
- Optimize the use of human and logistical resources allocated, taking into account the variations in activity and priorities
- Organize the distribution and delegation of activities and resources within the department
- Establish and implement procedures and protocols in accordance with regulatory texts and recommendations
- Monitor and evaluate the department's activity and quality of patient care
- Manage and coordinate the department's staff, including paramedics, nurses, and administrative personnel
- Develop and implement training programs for new staff members and students
- Ensure the department's compliance with quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with other departments and services to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
- Degree in Healthcare Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a healthcare management role
- Proven track record of improving patient care and satisfaction
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
