Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale digital and IT projects within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Lead project teams and coordinate with various departments to achieve project objectives.
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure timely project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital or IT project delivery within large global pharmaceutical companies.
- Proven experience managing high-visibility programs and engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Oncology experience is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of analytics or AI is a significant plus.
