Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain project tracking at a regional level
• Alert engineer/construction personnel of upcoming due dates
• Utilize various project management tools (MS Project, Smart Sheets, Power Apps, etc.)

Fiscal Project Responsibility:
• Project billing (vendor invoicing)
• Actual Spend vs Budget Variance
• Processing open purchase requisitions
• Validating accounting Capital vs Expense

Project Completion:
• Ensuring all invoices are processed against the project
• Validating the accuracy of Continuous Property Records from as-built
• Aiding in material management through strong partnerships with Supply Chain
• Validating material retirement accuracy
