The Role: Senior Product Designer - Consumer Services

As a Senior Product Designer with a focus on Consumer Services, you will play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and delightful experiences for our users. You will design beautiful, usable, and high-performing flows within the Ledger Live app, enabling customers to buy, sell, stake, swap cryptocurrencies, and subscribe to services like Recover or CL Card.

Your Impact

  • Design seamless, user-friendly, and high-performing interfaces and flows for a wide range of financial transactions within the Ledger Live app.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback, validate design decisions, and ensure your designs meet user needs.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to build world-class user experiences.
  • Maintain high standards for design and product quality, meticulously crafting every aspect of the design system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, introducing fresh and innovative approaches to the team.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience (5+ years ideally) in product design with a strong emphasis on transaction-based or financial services. A deep understanding of human insights and their application to design is essential.
  • High proficiency in Figma, with expertise in its best practices for designing and implementing design systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leveraging user research and data to inform and drive your design decisions.
  • Capacity to rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes, knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail or when to make low-fi sketches.
  • A strong understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) principles.
