Rôle et Responsabilités

Légal Counsel (France) est un rôle clé crucial au sein de CoinShares, responsable de fournir un soutien juridique et des services juridiques de haute qualité pour les activités du groupe en France.

Compétences et Expérience
  • Avocat qualifié en France avec plus de 3 ans d'expérience post-qualification en gouvernance d'entreprise, du droit commercial et des questions réglementaires.
  • Expérience précédente en interne chez un gestionnaire d'actifs, une banque d'investissement ou une société Fintech est un avantage.
  • Volonté d'assumer un large éventail de responsabilités au sein du département, toutes les fonctions de l'entreprise et les domaines du droit est essentielle.
  • Expérience de la gestion de conseillers juridiques externes est un avantage.
  • Résilience, orientation vers les résultats et adaptabilité à un environnement en évolution rapide dans un secteur de pointe sont essentielles.
  • Capacité à travailler dans l'ambigué et à naviguer dans de petites entreprises dynamiques ou dans de petites entités au sein de grandes sociétés est un atout.
  • Excellentes compétences en matière de communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'crit, et la capacité d'influencer de manière persuasive sont essentielles.
  • Maïtrise du français et de l'anglais est obligatoire.
Responsabilités Spécifiques
  • Fournir des conseils juridiques pratiques et axés sur les affaires pour les activités du groupe en France.
  • Assister les équipes de marketing, de vente et de service à la clientèle dans leurs besoins en matière de droit de la consommation.
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les Deputy General Counsels pour s'assurer que le bureau de Paris maintient les plus hauts standards de comportement juridique, réglementaire et éthique.
  • Fournir des conseils sur un large éventail de questions juridiques commerciales régies par le droit français.
Conditions d'Emploi

Le poste est basé à Paris et requiert une maïtrise du français et de l'anglais. L'expérience précédente en interne chez un gestionnaire d'actifs, une banque d'investissement ou une société Fintech est un avantage.

Le candidat idéal possède une solide connaissance du droit français et de la réglementation financière, ainsi que des compétences en matière de communication et d'influence.
