About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a financial services or banking environment. Your expertise will be essential in managing complex projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the portfolio of projects across Europe, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with internal regulations.
- Support the Programme Manager in defining governance, planning, and budgeting for significant programmes.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop project plans, and track progress.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including risk registers, issue logs, and status reports.
- Prepare and present project updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Transformation team to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a financial services or banking environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
