Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Director, Customer Account Manager to join our team at Altavia Disko. As a key member of our client services department, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing key client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of client service plans to drive business growth and retention.
- Manage client relationships, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client services and solutions.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks to the account, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client decision-makers.
- Provide regular business updates and insights to senior management.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in client service management, ideally with a proven track record of driving business growth and retention.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks to the account.
