Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Start-Up Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful commissioning and optimization of Axens' cutting-edge energy solutions worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct meticulous inspections to verify that construction projects adhere to Axens' stringent specifications.
  • Provide expert guidance and supervision during the catalyst loading process, ensuring precision and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Develop comprehensive start-up operating procedures, outlining detailed steps for a smooth and efficient commissioning process.
  • Offer technical support throughout the start-up phase, resolving any challenges that may arise and facilitating seamless unit operation.
  • Optimize unit operations to maximize efficiency, productivity, and performance, adhering to environmental regulations and safety standards.
  • Monitor and analyze unit performance tests, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with established benchmarks.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of standard operating documents, ensuring consistency and best practices across all projects.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related scientific field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in the oil and gas industry, specializing in start-up and commissioning activities.
  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience across various oil & gas processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages is a valuable asset.
