About the Fédération des acteurs de la solidarité
The Fédération des acteurs de la solidarité, a regional grouping of actors in the field of insertion by economic activity, is a non-profit organization funded by the DRIEETS and the Regional Council. Its mission is to strengthen the representation and increase the audience of the insertion by economic activity (IAE) sector in the Île-de-France region, among a range of stakeholders: State, Region, Enterprises, etc.
The insertion by economic activity (IAE) allows people without employment and facing social and professional difficulties to benefit from a work contract. The Île-de-France region has 567 Structures of Insertion by Economic Activity (SIAE) that are competent in various sectors of activity. They are situated at the boundary between the fight against inequalities, unemployment, and mal-employment, and are actors in the ecological transition. The Fédération des acteurs de la solidarité works in close contact with this rich diversity of SIAE to accompany their development and the professionalization of their permanent employees and those in insertion.
In liaison with enterprises, local authorities, and State services, it ensures that the needs of recruitment in sectors under tension are met, and that socially responsible purchasing is encouraged. One of its main missions is to develop access to public markets for SIAE and to establish socio-economic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
The Chargé.e de mission « Appui à l'inter-réseau » has a unique position in the IAE sector in the Île-de-France region: it acts in the service of all SIAE, both members and non-members of the 5 major networks that make up the Fédération des acteurs de la solidarité. In the presence of public and associative partners, it represents the coordination of these 5 networks. In this context, its mission of representing the interests of the sector involves significant challenges for SIAE.
1. Ensuring Communication between the Fédération des acteurs de la solidarité, its partners, and SIAE
- Guaranteeing the good interface between the Fédération des acteurs de la solidarité and its funders, and its representation within various instances by its president and representatives: Committee of Partners ESS of the Region; Committee of Regional Orientation of IAE; Regional Chamber of ESS in Île-de-France; Regional Economic, Social, and Environmental Council (CESER); CREFOP, etc.
- Receiving and following up on requests for meetings from the President, responding to strategic solicitations, preparing institutional meetings, participating in these meetings, producing minutes, and relaying information to the member networks of the Fédération des acteurs de la solidarité;
- Meeting with partners who solicit the Fédération des acteurs de la solidarité; Visiting SIAE to identify their problems, their news, and ensuring a good knowledge of the sector;
- Developing the network of private and public partners of the Fédération des acteurs de la solidarité to ensure profitable returns for the networks and SIAE on the different axes of the action plan of the Fédération des acteurs de la solidarité.
2. Ensuring the Good Progress of the Action Plan of the Fédération des acteurs de la solidarité
- Chairing the Technical Committees of the Fédération des acteurs de la solidarité (CTG) once a month, bringing together the 5 member networks, to advance on the action plan and follow up on the problems encountered by the member networks of the Fédération des acteurs de la solidarité and SIAE;
- Assisting member networks in the realization of actions defined; Getting involved in the animation of certain actions to be carried out among SIAE and partners of the Fédération des acteurs de la solidarité (organization of webinars, production of various content, etc.);
- Enriching actions by contributing to the networks and proposing working sessions to harmonize certain professional practices;
- Maintaining up-to-date records of actions carried out. Ensuring administrative follow-up of services of the Fédération des acteurs de la solidarité in liaison with the structure responsible for its financial management;
- Compiling, with the member networks of the Fédération des acteurs de la solidarité, the actions carried out and indicators of results, to optimize their communication;
- Impulsing reflection aiming to evolve certain actions or develop new ones, considering the evolution of public policies, the socio-economic context, the orientations decided with funders and the Board of Directors of the Fédération des acteurs de la solidarité;
- Assisting the Coordinator of the Fédération des acteurs de la solidarité and Socio-Economically Responsible Purchasing in their missions.
3. Organizing the Political Times of the Fédération des acteurs de la solidarité
- Organizing and preparing instances (Bureau, CA, AG, working groups);
- Ensuring the implementation of decisions taken by instances;
- On request from the Board of Directors of the Fédération des acteurs de la solidarité or its President, producing notes of opportunity and/or synthesis notes on files to help the emergence of decisions and positionings.
4. Communicating on the Activities Carried Out by the Fédération des acteurs de la solidarité
- Aiding in the choice of articles and participating in the writing of quarterly newsletters;
- Participating in communication on social networks;
- Piloting the management of the content of the website;
- Writing annual activity reports;
Required Skills and Qualities
- Comprehension, diplomacy, flexibility, organization, listening capacity to achieve common positionings, proposal capacity, synthesis capacity;
- Rhetorical and animation capacity of meetings;
- Knowledge of the IAE sector appreciated.
Conditions
- Salary: 31 K € brut annual;
- CDI cadre (RTT and telework according to DUE);
- Mutuelle take-up at 60 %;
- Post based in Montreuil; Frequent travel in the Île-de-France region to SIAE, partners, and funders;
- Post to be filled from 01/04.
