Job Title: Junior System Administrator

Alice & Bob is a cutting-edge technology company developing the first universal, fault-tolerant quantum computer. We are seeking a highly skilled Junior System Administrator to join our team and contribute to the development of our innovative technology.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and improve the infrastructure of our IT systems, including servers and physical machines attached to scientific equipment.
  • Work on deployment automation of servers and services via Infrastructure as code (IaC).
  • Automate IT tasks, including deployment of tools/settings, updates, monitoring, conformity, and security enhancements.
  • Implement, review, and enhance SSO workflows within SaaS platforms for optimal functionality and security.
  • Oversee and manage IT systems and main corporate IT software on-premise or SaaS.
  • Work with the IT support team to manage our MDM platforms to ensure conformity and security.
  • Monitor our IT infrastructure and tools to ensure everything is running smoothly.
  • Incident management, including incident communication and post-mortem reports.
  • L2/L3 support and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security.
  • Experience with deployment automation and Infrastructure as code (IaC).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
