We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CRM Junior System Administrator to join our team at Procter & Gamble. As a CRM Junior System Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our CRM system, providing technical support to our sales staff, and developing new reporting tools to analyze sales performance.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our company. As a CRM Junior System Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the correct configuration of our CRM system and product, promotional, and technical information it contains.
  • Providing technical support to our sales staff on the management tools used by the FDV.
  • Developing new reporting tools to enable simple and relevant analysis of our sales performance indicators.
  • Automating current manual data processes and proposing data visualization solutions.
  • Analyzing the sales performance of our sales force and proposing recommendations for improvement.
  • Designing tools to develop the knowledge and skills of our sales force.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in French and a good level of English.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
